新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響拡大を受け延期しておりました「学生定期健康診断」について，皆さまの安全安心・健康のため新型コロナウィルス感染症対策に最大限配慮しつつ，実施することとしますのでお知らせします。
The “regular student health check-up” which had been postponed due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection, will be implemented with the maximum attention to your safety and security, complying with the novel coronavirus prevention measures.

課程・学部・学科により集合時間に指定がありますので，密を避けるため指定された日時に受検してください。（当日は中央棟２階教務学生課前ロビーで検尿容器を受け取り，中央棟又は大学会館で採尿してから健診会場にお越しください。）
マスク着用，検温・手指消毒・私語禁止の実施に協力してください。当日体調不良の場合は，受検せず保健室に電話等により連絡してください。また，実施予定日に受検できない人は，上記の別日に受検するか，最寄りの医療機関で受検（一部補助あり）又は京都微生物研究所に出向いて直接受検できます。

Since the appointment time is set depending on your course, department, and faculty, please take the test at the specified date and time to avoid congestion. (On the day, please receive first a urine test container in the lobby in front of the Academic Affairs Division on the 2nd floor of the Central Building, collect urine in the Central Building or other WC, and then come to the medical examination site.)
Please be cooperative in wearing a mask,temperature measurement, hand disinfection, and restriction of private conversation. If you do not feel well on the day of the check-up, please call the Health Room by phone etc. and do not come to the check-up.
If you are not able to take the test on the scheduled date, you may reschedule the date, or take a test at the nearest medical institution (a part of fees may be reimbursed), or go directly to the Kyoto Institute for Microbiology and take the test directly on the site.If you have any questions, please contact the Academic Affairs and Student Support Division or the Health Room at Kyoto City University of Arts.
